One of the best biographies I've ever read, and definitely the best of the three Armstrong bios I've read so far. Outstanding research and presentation of the musician's incredible life; the book is rich with Armstrong's own words as well as Bergreen's beautifully-written text.
A gem of a biography. Highly, highly recommend!
